At TUniformity, we begin processing orders as soon as they are confirmed to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, please note our strict cancellation policy:

1. Order Cancellation
  • Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled. As our uniforms are custom-made or produced in bulk, cancellations interfere with the production process.
2. Exceptional Cases
  • If an order has not yet entered production, you may contact our customer service team at to check if modifications are possible. Approval is at our discretion.
  • In rare cases where an order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we may offer alternative solutions, but cancellations remain restricted.
