  • Customized uniforms are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made to order based on your specific requirements.
  • If there is an error on our part (such as incorrect customization, wrong product, or defective item), we will review the issue and take appropriate corrective action, which may include a replacement or rework.
2. Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are only applicable for ready stock items, subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake from our end.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues in customized orders, so please ensure accurate measurements before placing an order.
  • Any product damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or wear & tear will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • TUniformity reserves the right to reject any return/exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
