Customized uniforms are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made to order based on your specific requirements.
If there is an error on our part (such as incorrect customization, wrong product, or defective item), we will review the issue and take appropriate corrective action, which may include a replacement or rework.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only applicable for ready stock items, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake from our end.
